The Optex iVision wireless doorbell intercom for home or small business comes with 3 main units:

Door Camera Unit has a camera with night vision capability, doorbell push button, microphone and speaker.  When the doorbell button is pressed, an image is transmitted to the Portable Monitor with the day and time stamp and saved for later review.
If the door unit is batteries powered, it sends images to the monitor when the doorbell is pressed. If it is possible we recommend using the existing doorbell wire and transformer, this way the portable monitor can be used for viewing outside any time.
The camera can be mounted and it is adjustable (tilt or swivel) for better viev.

From the Portable Display Unit you can see and talk to the person at the door, no need to open it if you don’t have to. The Monitor(2.25”) stores 163 images and the new images overwrite the old one.

Cradle and rechargeable battery pack is included for the Monitor.

Transmission range - 300ft line of sight and can be used in and out of the house.  

When a visitor press the "call" button on the Door Unit, a picture of the visitor is taken by the Door Unit and your Portable Monitor Display Unit will ring to let you know there is someone at the door.

After the ring, a picture of your guest will be displayed on the Monitor. You can answer the "Call" and speak directly to the person via wireless 2-way communication, or silently ignore your visitor.

If you are not at home a picture is taken for later review.
